Day 01: Delhi - Haridwar

Arrival Delhi Railway Station / Airport / Hotel, Meet & Assist further drive to Haridwar. Transfer to your Hotel. Visit Har-ki-Pauri for Ganga Aarti in evening. Back to your hotel, Night halt.
Haridwar, lying at the feet of Shiva's hills, i.e., Shivaliks, in the Haridwar district of Uttaranchal Pradesh, is a doorway. Suryavanshi prince Bhagirath performed penance here to salvage the souls of his ancestors who had perished due to the curse of sage Kapila. The penance was answered and the river Ganga trickled forth forms Lord Shiva's locks and its bountiful water revived the sixty thousand sons of king Sagara. In the traditional of Bhagirath, devout Hindus stand in the sacred waters here, praying for salvation of their departed elder. It is doorway to the sources of the Ganga and the Yamuna, 3000 to 4500 meters up into the snowy ranges of the central Himalayas. The 'Aarti' worship of the Ganga after sunset and the floating 'dia' (lamp) is a moving ritual.

 

Day 02: Haridwar - Barkot

Drive to Barkot via Dehradun & Mussoorie. Enroute visit Kempty Fall and others later drive straight to your Hotel for night halt.

 

Day 03: Barkot - Yamunotri - Barkot

Drive to Jankichatti / Phoolchatti, trek start from here to Yamunotri (6kms). Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at own cost. Arrive Yamunotri, One can cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the hot kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as "Prasad". Here near the temple "Pooja" can be offered to Divya Shila, After taking bath in Jamunabai Kund's warn water and having "Darshan" of pious "Yamunaji" returning to Jankichatti. Later drive back to Barkot. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Yamunotri Temple: Maharani Gularia of Jaipur built the temple in the 19th Century. It was destroyed twice in the present century and rebuilt again.
Surya Kund: There are a Number of thermal springs in the vicinity of the temple, which flows into numerous pools. The most important of these is Surya Kund.
Divya Shila: A rock pillar, worshipped before entering the Yamunotri Temple.

 

Day 04: Barkot - Uttarkashi

Drive to Uttarkashi via Barkot. Check in Hotel, Later visit Vishwanath Temple. Night Halt.
Uttarkashi: Situated at the bank of river Bhagirathi. The temple of Lord Vishwanath is located here where a massive iron trident is erected.

 

Day 05: Uttarkashi - Gangotri - Uttarkashi

We proceed to Gangotri (3048 mts), enroute we enjoy picturesque Harsil village, Bhagirathi River and the most magnificent view of the Himalayas. After Gangotri Darshan we return to Uttarkashi. overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Gangotri Temple: The temple, constructed by the Gorkha General Amar Singh Thapa in the 18th Century, is situated on the right bank of Bhagirathi.
Submerged Shivling: Submerged in the river, this natural rock Shivling is the place where, according to mythology Lord Shiva sat when he received the Ganga in his matted lock. It is visible in winter months when water level decreases.
Kedar Ganga Sangam: Around 100 Yards from the Ganga Temple flows the river Kedar Ganga. Starting from the Kedar Valle, this river meets the Bhagirathi on its left bank.

 

Day 06: Uttarkashi - Rishikesh

Drive to Rishikesh. Check in Hotel. At evening visit Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan. Overnight stay.
Rishikesh, the 'place of sages' is a celebrated spiritual town on the bank of Ganga and is surrounded by Shivalik range of the Himalayas on three sides. It is said that when Raibhya Rishi did hard penances, God appeared by the name of " Hrishikesh " and this area hence firth came to be known as Rishikesh.
Temples & Sightseeing - Laxman Jhulla, Ram Jhulla, Triveni Ghat, Bharat Mandir, Shivananda Ashram, Parmarth Ashram.

 

Day 07: Rishikesh - Hardwar - Delhi

Drive back to Delhi. On Arrival in Delhi, transfer to Railway Station / Airport.

  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy. 
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:
    • When your visa is successfully done.
    • Your hotel rooms are booked.
    • Your Flights are confirmed.
    • Any other inclusion in the package.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your door steps.

Terms & Conditions

  • Similar * means the hotels with per night room tariff differential in the range of ten-fifteen Dollars.
  • Package cost includes (ground handling charges) Dollar Segment, which will be taken out of your BTQ (Basic Travel Quota)
  • Normal hotel check in time is 1400 - 1600 hours and check out time is 1000 - 1200 hours
  • Package cost is subject to change until full confirmation for package tour.
  • Rooms are subject to availability.
  • Selection of seats in Airline is subject to availability and is at sole discretion of the airlines.
  • All transfers tours based on Seat-In-Coach (SIC) basis (Shared Basis).
  • Date and Timing of tours programmed can be changed by local agent.
  • As of now we are not holding any service, it is Subject to Availability. Booking process will start only after receiving booking amount.
  • Room type (double or twin is Subject to Availability and is at sole discretion of the hotel)
  • Above tour prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during peak season/holiday surcharge and major events/fairs and convention.
  • Tour is in group & one may have to wait intermittently for transfers especially for pick-up and dropping as transfers services are used for other group tourists too.
  • The time schedule fixed by the local tour operator should be strictly adhered to. For any inconvenience, loss or consequence suffered due to tourist’s failure to keep the local tour operators timings, the tourist alone would be responsible. Please also note that unlike in the case of individual tailor made tour packages; you might have to adjust timings for the sake of general member of your tour group. Hotels mentioned now are only proposed at the moment. The hotel named in the service voucher shall be final.
  • Scheduling & Re-scheduling may be done on circumstance prevailing at the time tour operations in best interest of tour group at the discretion group coordinator (Destination Management Company).
  • This intimation supersede all previous offers by Company and any verbal communication or offer made earlier by any of our representatives.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure, Rs. 5,000/- (per person) shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 75% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made within 15 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
