We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to.

Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, Covid guidelines etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds / compensation claims arising out of this.

Remarks:-

• Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 04 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
• The cost is not applicable for the Single travelling passenger.
• Extra adult is the 3^rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
• Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 yrs. of age with one extra bed.

Note:-

• This is quote only and we are not holding any confirmed reservation either in the airline or in hotel.
• The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire advance amount is refundable to you.
• Standard Hotel Check-in and Check-out Timing:
• Check-in Time: 14:00 Hrs to 15:00 Hrs
• Check-out Time: 11:00 Hrs to 12:00 Hrs
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and chargeable as per hotel policy.
• Flight tickets are issued on the basis of minimum available fare.
• If the flight is late in the evening, the guest has to check out from the hotel at 11 am or at the time specified by the hotel.
• We have made all possible efforts to make hotel related information’s as authentic as possible. We hold no responsibility if any of the information is found to be incorrect / changed. We solicit discretion of the customer before finalizing the hotel.
• NOTE: Gondola ride and horse riding charges are to be paid directly by the guest Our vehicle is not allowed for local sightseeing tour due to restrictions imposed by local Gulmarg tourist transporters. Gondola ride is subject to weather condition. Due to mechanical fault / local unrest / covid guidelines the gondola services can be halted without any prior notice.

Airline Guidelines for travelling passengers:-

• The revised reporting time for all domestic flights is 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

CANCELLATION POLICY: CANCELLATION CHARGES PER PERSON

• Prior to 46 or more days of tour departure: 25% of tour package cost + Special Component like Air Ticket once booked are Non Refundable.
• Between 45 to 31 days of tour departure: 50% of tour package cost + Special Component Air Ticket once booked are Non Refundable.
• Between 30 to 16 days of tour departure: 75% of tour package cost + Special Component Air Ticket once booked are Non Refundable.
• Between 15 days of tour departure or If the client is NO SHOW (failing to avail tour package): 100% of tour package cost.

Online Booking Procedure

• To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
• As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
• You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
• We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
• The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
• If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
• If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
• If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
• If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
  • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
• Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.

Standard Booking Procedure (in case of Offline Bookings)

• If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
• If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
• If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
