Itinerary
Day 1: Drive to Nainital from Delhi (310 Kms/ 6-7 hours)

The tour starts from Delhi. In the early morning, we will pick you up from central Delhi and then, hit the road to Nainital. Nainital- A picturesque hill station in Uttarakhand, Nainital is blessed with oodles of natural wonders. Perched at the height of 6,358 feet above sea level. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Then, spend the rest of the day relaxing. But, if you want, you can also explore the attractions nearby at your own.

Day 2: In Nainital

Today morning, after breakfast begin sightseeing in and around Nainital. Visit – Hanumangarhi Temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman, the sacred shrines offer astounding sunrise and sunset views. Naina Devi temple, The Naini Lake and drive to visit nearby lakes of Bhimtal, Sattal and Naukuchia Tal. In the evening, return to the hotel.


Note:- Tempo traveller or higher seating vehicle are allowed upto Nainital Parking only. For local sightseeing in Nainital guests has to take local vehicle for sightseeing from Nainital Union on direct payment basis.

Day 3: Drive to Corbett (80 Kms/ 2-3 hours)

Today morning, after breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Corbett. Check in at the hotel after your arrival in Corbett. Afternoon - Visit the lovely Corbett Falls, Garjiya Devi Temple, Museum, etc after which you will return to the hotel.

Day 4: Morning Jungle Safari / Late morning drive to Delhi (270 Kms / 5-6 Hours)

Today an early morning sharing jungle safari. Apart from wildlife, you will get a chance to see the beauty of nature. After morning safari back to hotel and have breakfast. Later, check out from the hotel and proceed to Delhi for your journey back to home or next destination.

Important Information

1) The tour cost is calculated on Minimum 4 Passengers (Inter-city drive & Sightseeing on sharing basis).

2) The supplement cost for transfers & tours (for 2 Passengers) by Private vehicle is Rs. 3,500/- (Per Person).

3) Supplement charges extra for all bookings on blackout dates, during Diwali Festival period, Christmas and New Year, Republic Day, Holi, long weekends travel period and local Festival dates.

NOTES

1. Tour cost is based on base room category. If room upgradation is needed, supplement cost will be applicable.

2. This is Group/FIT departure trip with minimum 04 pax travelling together, the supplement cost for operating a trip with minimum 02 pax or on a private vehicle @ INR 3,000/- per person additional.

3. All sightseeing timings are subject to local road and traffic conditions.

4. A physical copy of a Govt. ID with address proof is compulsory during the journey and to stay at hotel/ Resort.

5. This is a short trip, so please travel with light luggage (max 7-8 kgs), due to limited luggage space in vehicle.

6. The transportation/ hotel cost is subject to change and charge extra on the tour cost, if there will be hike in the rates of fuel prices or increase in hotel rates due to changes in the Govt taxes.

7. A service of cab and driver would be available and provided as per the itinerary, not for at disposal.

8. No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized.

9. Package Cost NOT VALID on blackout dates / Peak Travel dates / Long weekends/ Diwali dates / Christmas eve, New year dates, Holi , Festival dates.

10. The payments for additional service/ extra meals taken at hotel are to be settled directly at there.

11. Hotels standard check-in & check-out time is 1400 hrs and 1100 hrs, Early Check-in and late Check out subject to availability.

  • The cost is not applicable for the Single travelling passenger.
  • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same room, is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12yrs. of age with one extra bed (subject to hotel policy and conditions).

  • Company holds No Responsibility on the Condition of the Vehicle & Behaviour of the Transport Staff. This is an Outsourced Service and we only act as Facilitator between Transport and Guest.
  • Many times in Hill Stations, Weather Changes are very Frequent. Expenses Incurred due to Traffic Jam, Road Blockage, Land Sliding, Snow Fall, Heavy Rain, etc. are to be borned by the Guest.
  • Unless otherwise specified, all transfers are provided by Non air condition vehicle only. Private transfers in air condition vehicle can be arranged at an Extra cost (Please check the cost at the time of making reservation).
  • Transfers and Sightseeing tours (if included) are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis.


  • Please provide government issued id’s to process the reservation.
  • The guest must carry confirmed hotel voucher at the time of Check in at hotel.
  • At hotel entrance guest will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya setu app. Normal body temperature and a green status on your Aarogya setu app is mandatory to enter in the hotel.
  • Guests showing any Covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked hotel.
  • All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
  • In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
  • The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
  • Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.
  • The Standard check in time of the hotel is 2 PM & check out time of the hotel is 11 AM (exact timings may be reconfirmed with the hotel directly).
  • For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
  • Buffet services are unavailable in the hotel restaurants.
  • Fixed / chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
  • It is at the discretion of the hotel to provide buffet service or fixed menu meals depending on the occupancy of the guest in the hotel.
  • Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
  • Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
  • The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
  • Due to Covid Guidelines few of the Services like- Swimming pool, Spa & Gymnasium, Restaurants & Bar, etc. are not operational in the Hotel.
  • Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
  • Mini bar facility (if available) in the hotels is on chargeable basis.
  • Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the Swimming pool facility (if available).
  • It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above 11 years shall be considered for an adult cost.

  • If due to pandemic the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which is held up with service providers. Once the tour commences there shall be no refund.
  • We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like hotel and resort, etc. unless they refund us in our Bank account.



Important Information:

In view of the COVID-19 situation, different state governments have laid out their respective protocols for passengers coming to their states as visitors/tourists.   • Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
  • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
  • All the guests are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check In at the Hotel / Resort. This is mandatory. Hotels may deny entry and services in the absence of these documents, in such cases we shall not be held responsible by customers.



Cancellation Policy:

  • Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation: 100% of the package amount.
  • If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure: 20% of total package cost.
  • If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure: 30% of total package cost.
  • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure: 50% of total package cost.
  • If cancellation is made 15 to 10 days prior to departure: 75% of total package cost.
  • If cancellation is made within 10 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

Online Booking Procedure

  • To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
  • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.

Standard Booking Procedure (in case of Offline Bookings)

  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.

  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
